Once upon a time, there was a legend of a goddess, a fickle goddess, known as that because it was a way to name Luck without using the word itself. That legend is now lost to us, and only scattered remnants of it can be pieced together. This journal is an account of her early years,

She was twenty years of age at the time of these writings, or so the legend says. Born in America, raised in Europe and ethnically Sri Lankan, she called herself a child of all the world, and loved to read of those cultures that were not her own. By reading of them, she could make them belong to her, though she belonged not to them. She attended a college only for women, Wellesley, and while at college, she wrote fanfiction and created graphics.

Known for her creativity, the legend says that the goddess often wore the skin of others in roleplays such as

noncelebrityrpg,

hogwarts_hocus,

domino_uni and

ygo_rpg. She loved comics well, and her interests were many and varied.

All of them are freely discussed in this journal, as are her political stances (in favor of equality between men and women, in favor of women controlling their reproductive rights, in favor of weapons being controlled, in favor of marriage between adults regardless of gender, against the death penalty, in favor of the UN). The writings contain content that favors relationships between two males, and often discusses matters of 'fandom'.

All researchers should be warned that access to those entries discussing her family life and her romantic life is limited to a select filter. The majority of her entries are open to viewing for the general public. Access to those locked for her 'friends' is usually granted if time constraints permit it.

The legend unfolds a little more every day. This story is far from over.
